We have done hundreds of quilts over the past decade. When you send your quilt to us, you agree to trust our best, professional judgment. While our team will contact you with any questions we have on special instructions you include with your order, please note that we cannot be held responsible for misunderstandings of what you had in mind and what we actually provided. To help guarantee that the quilt you receive back is of the best quality possible, please note that TCQuilting is unable to accept the following: • Quilts with any type of embellishments on them (e.g. buttons, embroidery, puffy paint, etc.). • Quilts with any type of flange(s). • T-Shirt quilts. • Any type of Sateen, Minky, Cuddle, or Fleece fabrics to be used as backings. • Bed sheets to be used as backings. TCQuilting will quilt your project in the condition in which it is received. Note that fullness and/or puckers within a quilt and its borders cannot be quilted out, and we cannot guarantee that they won't be sewn in. In some cases, excessive fullness in borders may result in the quilt corners not being square. The flatter your quilt top is, the better the finished quilt will be. Additionally, please ensure that there are no open seams - we recommend checking your quilt pieces as you go to sew all seams closed. Since the longarm machine does not detect open seams, there is a chance that it may get caught in them and do damage to the quilt. Please keep in mind that longarm quilting machines are mechanical devices. Although we always work to ensure perfect results every time, on very rare occasions, mechanical problems can occur which may cause minor damage to a quilt top and/or backing. When your quilt is received, you acknowledge that we will do our very best to ensure a quality service.
