True Creations' Procedures While Social Distancing

This process is for all over, edge to edge quilting only.

Please call or email us if you need semi-custom or custom quilting. We may be limited in our ability to consult on those request due to social distancing guidelines.

It's In The Bag!

Dropping Off A Quilt

  1. Complete the Online E2E Order Form on the website, www.tcquilting.com
  2. Find a paper bag that will accommodate your quilt top and quilt backing.
  3. Tape the Drop Off Slip to a paper bag.
  4. Double check that your backing fabric is at least 8 inches wider and 8 inches longer than your quilt top.
  5. Fold your pressed quilt back neatly and place it in the paper bag.
  6. Fold your pressed quilt top neatly and place it in the paper bag.
  7. Please leave the paper bag with the quilt, in the plastic bin on our front porch.

We will bring it in and set it on our “Quilt Time Out” bench for one full week, after which point it will  join the other quilts in queue in our studio.

Picking Up Your Quilt

Pick up of quilts will involve minimal contact as well.

1. We will call you once your quilt is ready and discuss a mutual time for you to come pick it up.

2. We will NOT open the quilt for viewing while you are here.

3. Please be sure to have a pen with you to sign that you have received your quilt.

Your visit should be less than 60 seconds.

True Creations Quilting will continue to review these procedures and update them as needed. We will provide updates on the website.  www.tcquilting.com
